Our team members are really friendly and love our customers! We do our best to keep everyone happy.

If you don't like the box for any reason and you qualify for a refund, we will do so without hassle or questions. We love you anyways!

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your box, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, all items, including the box and all content, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

This must be done within 30 days of receiving the box. Once you have shipped the box back to us, send an email to support@mentorbox.com with tracking information.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. The refund amount will be the cost of the Mentorbox minus shipping.
